6. How do I start using Daises Love?

Download the app, read all the legal stuff, if happy to continue, accept all terms of use, thereafter, create your user profile.

7. What is the minimum age requirement to use Daisies Love?

You must be 18 years and older to create a profile on Daisies.

8. What do I need to create a Daisies Love profile?

You need a valid mobile number and an email address. Once the app is downloaded, click on register, and enter all your details. Your profile picture and video will be verified before your profile is activated.

9. Why do I have to take a real time picture and not upload from my gallery?

We need to verify every profile picture to ensure that it is a real person. This helps us create better user experience with real people and to limit fake profiles.

10. How do I edit my profile?

To edit your profile such as your photo, video, about me and relationship preferences. Follow the steps below.

  1. Click on settings profile tab at the bottom of your screen
  2. Click on edit and make changes.

11. What can I edit on my profile?

You can only edit the following fields:

  1. Mobile Number
  2. Email
  3. Bio

12. Can I change my profile picture?

Yes, you can change your profile picture by editing your profile. Any changes to your picture will place your profile in verification mode and once your picture has been verified, your profile will be made active.

13. Why does my profile remain unverified?

You have entered incorrect details during the registration process. Please contact us at support@daisies.love

14. Why was my picture rejected?

You are required to take a picture of yourself. Anything else is against our policy and will not be accepted.

15. Is it compulsory to upload a video?

No. A video is optional. However, users will get to know a little more about you. All video’s are verified so please be respectful when recording/uploading a video of yourself.

16. Can I change my profile video?

Yes, you can change your profile video by clicking on your profile. Any changes to your video will place your profile in verification mode and once your video has been verified, your profile will be made active.

17. What information can I add on my Bio?

A little more information about yourself. Your likes, dislikes, hobbies, job description, sports interest etc.

18. What does pending approval/verification mean?

When your profile has been created and saved, it will go into pending mode. Once your picture and video are verified then the status of your profile will be made active. We do this to ensure that the picture is of a person and the video is of the same person.

19. What is the purpose of the Heart icon?

If someone’s profile catches your eye, then select the “Heart” icon. This will send a message to that user indicating your “interest shown”.

To send a like to that profile:

  1. Touch the persons heart to like their profile.
  2. This like will display as a notification on the invitee home screen.
  3. The invitee will open the notification and view the inviter profile.
  4. If the invitee likes the inviter, then the invitee will Accept the invitation.

Both users may now chat to each other.

20. Can I delete a message on my chat?

Yes, you can keep or delete your chats at your discretion. We do not access your chats and maintain your privacy.

21. Are Daisies Love profiles real?

We verify every picture and video before the profile is made active. As much as possible we try to ensure that everyone on our platform is real, however there may be cases where mistakes do happen.

22. How can I tell if someone is active?

Only active profiles near you will appear in your display list. If a user switches their profile to offline mode, then their profile will not be visible in their location.

23. Who can see my profile?

If you are online, all users within the same proximity as you, and whose preferences you match with.

24. What does accept or decline mean?

If the invitee Accepts the invitation, then both users can communicate on our platform.

If the invitee Declines the invitation, then the inviter profile is placed on a blocked list for the invitee only.

25. What happens when I accept a “show interest” request?

When you accept a “show interest” invitation, the chat option is now available for both users to communicate. Here you will ask general questions to determine what next. Note: Do not share your contact details or meet with anyone unless you are comfortable to do so. All decisions made by you are at your own risk and you indemnify Daisies Love against any/all claims due to your decisions

26. Do I have to accept a user “show interest” request?

No. You only accept an invite from someone that you are interested in.

27. What happens when I decline a request?

The inviter will be notified that you have declined their invitation. Your profile will no longer appear on their display list, and they are unable to contact you again.

28. Why does the profile of the person that has declined me disappear?

We prevent users from contacting other users who are not interested in them. If a profile is declined, then you are unable to contact them again, however if they change their minds later, then they can show interest in you.

29. What if the person I liked, declines me?

This means that the user is not interested in you. Respect their decision and move on.

30. Can I view all requests that I have declined or accepted?

Yes. Go to settings, invites history and view.

31. Do I have to meet someone in a public place?

It is recommended that your first meeting be in a public place. Do not share your exact location details unless you are confident that you want to meet that person. All meetings are at your own risk.

32. What sexual orientations does Daisies Love accommodate?

The platform is open to all sexual orientations. We ask that our users be respectful towards everyone.

33. How can I block a user profile?

To block a user:

  1. Tap on the tab that’s on the profile picture.
  2. Click on the option to block the user profile.

34. Can I report any users on the app?

Yes. On the person picture, click on the 3 dots, select other and type in your message.

35. Do I need data to use the Daisies Love App?

Yes, the features and services of the app requires cellular data or access to WIFI data. This is for the user account.

36. If I log out the Daisies App, can I login again?

Yes, you must use the registered mobile number to receive an OTP to gain access.

37. How is my information secure?

We do not display your real name or any of your contact details on our search screens. Our hosting partner is Google Cloud and all your data is securely stored on their servers.

38. Can I delete my account if I no longer wish to use it?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time. Please take note of our cancellation policy.

39. Should I upload my banking details before the 15-days free period?

No. Banking details will only be uploaded if you decide after the 15-day free period that you would like to purchase a subscription.

40. Is it compulsory to subscribe after the 15-days free period?

No, however when the 15-day free trial expires, all features will become unavailable. To continue using the services, you will need a paid subscription. We have made our pricing very affordable.

41. Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

  1. Monthly Subscriptions- Non-refundable. You subscription will remain active for the remainder of the month and thereafter be cancelled.
  2. Annual Subscriptions- we refund you 50 % of the remaining months.

Example: 1200 annually. If you decide to cancel in your 6th month, then your balance for 6 months will be 600. We will refund you 50% of the 600.00, equals to 300. Please see our cancellation policy.

42. Will I be receiving emails?

No. We do not send any emails to our users. The email is required for the registration process only and possibly password reset.

43. How many subscription options are there?

There are two subscription options:

  1. Monthly
  2. Annually

44. When will my bank account be debited?

1. Monthly – When your subscription starts, you will be debit monthly on the same date.
2. Annually – When your subscription starts, you will be debited for the full year in advance and thereafter annually on the same date.

45. How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to settings / subscriptions,
  2. Select the cancellation option,
  3. Insert reason and proceed.
